Agreement
I hereby agree on behalf of myself, my family, my tenant(s) and guest(s) to abide by all Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Association, the rules of the pool, and the directive of the life guards.
Furthermore, I agree that my membership may be suspended at any time if the Unit/Investor owner fails to pay condominium fees or charges on the account, or if I, my tenant(s), or my guest(s) do not obey the Condominium or pool rules, without refund of any fees collected for the season.

*All pool passes are issued through the Management Company, not the lifeguards.
*Pool passes are only valid for those names listed on the guard.
*Those persons without pool passes must pay $6.00 at the gate to the lifeguard.
*Guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
*Pool passes may not be transferred or shared with others.
*Failure to comply with the rules mentioned above or the Condominium Rules and the Pool Rules will result in a loss of membership to the pool.
